Rear Admiral David J. Nash, CEC, USN (ret.) has over four decades of experience in building, design and program management for both the U.S. Navy and the private sector. His experience includes the management of multi-billion dollar physical asset programs, including the U.S. Navy's shore installations worldwide and the reconstruction of Iraq's infrastructure.

Catherine Calhoun, Vice President & Executive Director
Through experience gained as a Managing Director with BearingPoint Inc (formerly KPMG Consulting) and as an entrepreneur in Emerging Markets, Calhoun provides day-to-day operational oversight to the entire business domain to include project delivery guidance to individual teams as well as business development activities.

Her direct experience in both start up and execution of strategic business consulting operations in over 30 countries within the challenging environment of Emerging Markets brings the operational process and procedures and a robust business development network indicative of a highly successful consulting career among the "Big 5."  As a certified Project Manager and former Naval CEC Officer, she also brings additional bench strength to the core competencies of Program Management and Risk Mitigation.

Andy Bearpark, Associate
Bearpark brings to our clients more than thirty years of experience in international economic development and reconstruction.  In addition to his affiliation with DN&A, he serves as Director General of the British Association of Private Security Companies, an independent trade association representing the leading UK companies in the specialist private security and risk management sector.

Previously, Bearpark served as Director of Operations and Infrastructure for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq.  He also served as Deputy Special Representative of the EU Pillar of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo and was responsible for overseeing the province's reconstruction and economic development.

Lino Cardarelli, Associate
Cardarelli brings to our clients more than 25 years of management experience with international industrial corporations and financial institutions.  His range of expertise includes acquisitions, project financing, and the management of companies involved in engineering and construction, heavy and specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and machine tools.

His sphere of industry experience includes projects in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, the United States, the United Kingdom, and countries across Europe, including France, Spain and Switzerland.  Most recently, Mr. Cardarelli served with the Iraq Program Management Office (PMO) in Baghdad and in the Italian Government as an economic advisor.

Tony Hunter-Choat, Associate
Hunter-Choat provides our clients with premier security services and advice.  Most recently, he served as security advisor to the United Nations Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq, responsible for security of all referendum and election materials for the 2005 Iraq elections.  Previously, Hunter-Choat served as Director of Security for the Program Management Office, Baghdad, responsible for all security aspects of the $18.4 billion Iraqi reconstruction program.

He also served as Director of Security for His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan (The Aga Khan), responsible for all aspects of security worldwide, including risk assessment and management for all personnel and infrastructure.  He was in charge of security for the country of Oman.  He also served in Kosovo and has experience in peacekeeping and as well as working with NGOs.  Extensive overseas experience with employment at NATO HQ, Algeria with the French Foreign Legion and in Malaysia, Brunei, Borneo, Germany and Hong Kong with the British Army.  He speaks French fluently, German and Arabic.

Lou Martinez, Associate
Martinez brings more than thirty-five years of experience in charge of worldwide engineering organizations specializing in contracted and in-house resources for design, construction, operations and maintenance, and housing.  Pioneered the concept of partnering, or team building for total quality, on projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Until 2006, served as Senior VP for Design and Construction, Kellogg Brown and Root, supervising 850 in-house engineers and construction managers and thousands of subcontractor personnel, with a $ 750 MM annual program.

Marcus Saine, Associate
Saine brings more than three decades of experience operating throughout the Middle East, both as a banker and a senior advisor to the U.S. Government and military officials.  Formerly a multi-lingual advisor to the U.S. Government in Afghanistan and Iraq with a keen appreciation for local politics and business, Saine successfully established relationships with key power brokers in Afghanistan and Iraq to help further policy.

Dennis Plockmeyer, Associate
Plockmeyer has more than 38 years of broad-based experience in facilities life-cycle management.  Prior to joining DN&A, Plockmeyer served as Chief Information Officer for the 17,000-desktop IT infrastructure supporting the widely dispersed Naval Facilities Engineering Command's operations/maintenance mission.  Additionally, he served as architect of infrastructure management systems for the entire Naval ashore establishment and as IT project manager supporting the facilities and infrastructure management system of the Project Management Office in Iraq.
